In a study of nearly 43,000 homes on China’s leading property platform (2018 to 2019), listings with a VR tour spent 19 days on the market on average instead of 34. The selling price was not affected.

To be fair to the evidence: research has not shown that virtual tours reliably raise a property’s sale price, so we will never promise you that.
